Cancellation & Refunds policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility for our guests. Our cancellation and refund policy are designed to accommodate various activities:

Free Cancellation:

Enjoy the freedom to cancel any of the tours below with a full refund if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time:

• Chapa Tours

• Railway tours

Non-refundable cancellations:

Cancellations for the tours below must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund. If canceled within 48 hours, no refund will be provided. For cancellations made between 5 and 3 days before the scheduled date, we offer a 50% refund of the booking fee.
